name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, date of
birth (mm/dd/yyyy) plus (optional) day/evening telephone number(s).
Mail your entry in an envelope no larger than a #10 (business-size)
envelope with first-class postage affixed to: Win Your Dream Bedroom
Entries, P. O. Box 5714, Blair, NE 68009-5714 to be received by
6/8/06. Limit one entry per outer mailing envelope.
RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected by 6/20/06 in a random
drawing from among all eligible online and mailed entries received.
Drawing will be conducted by D. L. Blair, Inc., an independent
judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all
matters relating to this sweepstakes. All prizes will be awarded and
winners notified by mail. Odds of winning a prize will depend upon
the number of eligible online and mailed entries received. Limit one
prize per family and per household.
PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: (1) Grand Prize: A $10,000 check
to create your dream bedroom; (1) First Prize: A Nimble-Pedic memory

Prizes: A Nimble-Pedic Contour Pillow ($120 ea.). Prizes consist of
only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.
GENERAL RULES: Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law. No
substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal,
state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All
federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All materials
submitted become the property of the sponsor and will not be
returned. Potential Grand and First Prize winners (or parent/legal
guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) must
sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of
Liability/Prize Acceptance Form and, where lawful, a Publicity
Release within 15 days of notification. Noncompliance within this
time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be
selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable
will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater
value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and
its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of
advertising and trade without further compensation, unless
prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner (or parent/legal
guardian if winner is a minor) agrees to hold Sponsor, its
respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless
against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of
prize. Winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor)
assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to
be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption
of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to
be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an
individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the account
holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as
stated herein or with any provision in these official rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete,
illegible, postage due, misdirected mail, or for faulty, incorrect
or mistranscribed phone/e-mail transmissions, incorrect
announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures
of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer
related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any
materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable
network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed
computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate
in the promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for
undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive
e-mail filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail
client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail account to receive
e-mail. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the program
if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of
the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem
corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of
the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator,
in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will
be posted online and the drawing will be conducted from among all
eligible entries received prior to termination. In the event a
dispute arises regarding specific individual entitled to receive
prize, entry made by Internet will be declared made by the
"authorized e-mail account holder" and any damage made to the Web
Site will also be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail
account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.
"Authorized e-mail account holder" is defined as the natural person
who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider,
online service provider or other organization (e.g., business,
educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning
e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail
address. Participant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof
that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the
e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Proof of
sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any
use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of
participation will void all such submissions by such methods.
Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the
printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the
administration of the promotion. In the event there is a discrepancy
or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained
in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the
Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and
control.
