Insomnia Def

I have insomnia, Help. (No pills)?
I'm writing this at almost 5am. As my friend says, I'm a night person. I go to sleep on different times each night. However, averaged around 3am. Sometimes the earliest I relax is like 2am. but thats rare. I get good sleep and wake up in my spare time, but this is not being able to sleep thing is a serious problem. I do not want to resort to taking pills to make me sleepy, and I fear what is def. adding this insomnia is staring at this screen all the time. I spend anywhere between 50-10 hours online a day.
Try drinking chamomile tea. It `s an aromatic herb tea. It has a relaxing effect and help you have a good night's sleep. It may not be the way you and I would put a spoon-full of honey with it …………. Sleep well.
