Insomnia Chronic Fatigue

Why should I feel nauseous when I feel tired?
I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue – for the last couple of years when ever I feel tired I feel sick – I'm just not sure why this happens? Before my husband knew a lot about these two conditions, he said only good if tired to sleep – but I also get pretty bad insomnia that gets tired (feeling like the walking dead sometimes) does not mean I can go to sleep. A few questions to clarify. 1. Do you suffer from migraines? Yes 2 What medications do you take? Endep, Alodorm, multivitamin, three Aroxine. Any motion sickness in you before? When I was little, but nothing more. I regularly have my blood sugar tested as I have insulin resistance – this is a high insulin level but a normal sugar level – sometimes I wake up at night craving lots of sugar – I think my sugar levels bomb if necessary
A few questions to clarify. 1. Do you suffer from migraines? Thurs. What medications do you take? Three. Any motion sickness in you before? Dr. B So, are you on a benzo and tricyclic. Just to make sure this is not associated with withdrawl / side effect of benzoic, you should take to benzoic sleep? You do not consume tyramine (aged chess, smoked food with Tricyclic)? When you get a migraine, they often have nausea. Migraines are susceptible to nausea! Sometimes nausea present without headaches. Similarly, fatigue is if severe accompianed of an inability of the brain to conteract stress. The balance shifts and nausea winner. Have you had more søvnlatens test done recently? Remember, fibromyalgia is a diagnosis of exclusion. The doctor can not say why you are tired, so he says you have FMA.
