Have you ever tried to do away with harmful behavior, only to fail? It is a comprehensive list of common problem behaviors that people often try to change or eliminate using self-hypnosis or NLP. WHAT The Mind of reasons, the MIND CURE:
The motivation for our behavior begins in our thoughts. If you stop and think about it, all these unconstructive behavior is a result of negative thinking. In other words, think and motivate yourself in all these behaviors. Or at least you think yourself feeling anxious, and that may be the origin of these problems. And in light of the fact that you think and motivate yourself into these issues, please think and motivate yourself out of them too. To think and motivate yourself out of them, you need to know specifically how to go about doing it.
DESIRE:
You are almost certainly reading this editorial because you want the motivation to make some personal changes. And it's right for the reason that the first building block in the "Motivation Formula for your success" is that you need or would like to change. If you've read so far, at least a small part of you wants a change.
Faith is necessary for Motivation:
Before anyone can eliminate a negative behavior, the person must be motivated to do so. Just want a behavior to change is not sufficient.
Our motivation comes from what we think. If we feel that something very important for us to get better or be improved "If we change our behavior, we will feel a high degree of motivation. Conversely, if we think that something very important to us are placed in danger if we do not change our behavior, we will also explore the motivation to change our behavior.
Some simple examples of these motivating faith will be:
If I take some weight off, I will be able to find a companion.
If I kick my smoking habit, and I will not have to worry about cancer.
If I stop biting my nails, so my hands will look much more attractive.

DECISION:
The dictionary definition of the word "decisions" are that make up one's mind / a verdict or sentence. When you consider a concept that provides a powerful sense of motivation to make a change, you will feel compelled to take a decision to eliminate a negative behavior. Decision is the key that unlocks the door to compelling action.
ACTION:
The dictionary defines the word "Action" as an act or deed / to do or perform. Taking action means that instead of just daydreaming about making personal changes, you will actually take steps to bring about desired changes.
SELF-TALK:
One of the many reasons that most individuals are unsuccessful at eliminating the negative behavior is because of what they say to themselves. Self-talk is important because repeated times it is an important part of what caused the negative behavior to begin with.
I'd like you to think about this for a moment: Let's say you want to kick a cigarette addiction. The first thing you probably want to say or think to yourself is: "I'm not going to smoke cigarettes anymore."
There is universal for people to tell themselves what they should do. Unfortunately, when we tell ourselves what we do, we are actually programming ourselves to do it!
SELF-TALK PROBLEM:
Say the following to yourself: I can not see blue. I can not see the dots. . . . . . .
I bet the brain showed the color blue, and then showed you the dots. That's because when we tell ourselves what we should do, to give meaning to what our minds to make a picture of us doing what it is that we want to stop doing. And when we imagine ourselves in a behavior, forcing our minds us to produce behavior.
Summary:
To get rid of a negative behavior, we first want or desire to remove it. Faith is the element that leads us to the motivation. Motivation is the drive which leads us to the decision. DECISION is the impetus to action. Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a technology that we can use to change beliefs, motivations, decisions and actions.
When we say to ourselves what we do, we make a mental picture of ourselves with the behavior that we want to change. And the mental image gives us a desire to to participate in the negative behavior. So if we want to eliminate a negative behavior, rather than telling us what we do, we must always tell us what to do.
To quit smoking say: "I can live without them."
To eliminate the cravings for high calorie foods or to stop chewing snuff say: "I can live without."
To reduce stress to say, 'I am relaxed and calm, both mentally and physically. "
To overcoming insomnia say, "I fall asleep quickly and sleep soundly through the night."
