Please help. Does anyone know a cure for insomnia?
I have not had a decent night's sleep in months. I have tried various techniques and books, hypnosis tapes, herbal remedies and has even got pills from my doctor, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone found something that works for them? Your help would be much appreciated.
